NC felons not behind bars allowed to vote

Does this mean that most or all of these felons belong to the Democratic Party? There’s a pretty good chance that if any other party was involved, the Democrats would not be so pleased by this. Especially when this little blurb is found in the article:

The Rev. William Barber of Goldsboro, a co-chair of the national Poor People’s Campaign, also spoke at Wednesday’s event, attended by about 100 people. A coalition of groups is organizing an “Unlock Our Vote Freedom Summer Tour” that will include voter information and registration drives, as well as other outreach efforts to potential voters.

Maybe someone should do the same for all the Independent, Unaffiliated, and Republican felons so that they too can regain their rights to vote. I would suggest an amendment be made to this bill or whatever they’re calling it. Each felon that is allowed to vote, MUST BE a card-carrying felon and show proof when asked to provide such information.
