Kamala Devi Harris landed her first job pre-college, at McDonald’s. After graduating from high school, Harris was employed by the Kroc Corp. as a Potato Technician and later promoted to the coveted Logistics Opportunities department (drive-thru window) until her college classes began. At the drive-thru, she met the future VP candidate, Timmmie Walz. Walz was hired just before Harris left for college. He also did a small stint as Ronald McDonald, often getting into trouble with many patrons there.
After college, Harris could go directly to the job of deputy District Attorney in Alameda County, CA.
After serving as DA for a while, and then getting elected to the US Senate, Harris became the VP appointee when an addled President Biden made a gambling debt with a Mr. Clyburn.
When Harris was asked about her life goals, and how they have changed, she said:
