Congress members balk at talk of breathalyzers

Washington, DC — Sources are telling us here at TBSNN that a couple of Republican House members are secretly putting together a bill that would require a breathalyzer test to be taken before any member can vote on any bills. (HR .08)  A congressional office, who refused to be identified stated,  “I think a breathalyzer is a good idea.  Some of these cats have to be drugged, drunk or crazy to even bring some of these bills to the floor for a vote.”
